North Andover Select Board To Hold Real Estate Classification Hearing
The North Andover Select Board will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, 120 Main Street, on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
The hearing will address real estate classification. The Board of Assessors plans to ask the Select Board to choose a residential factor that will determine how the town’s property tax burden is divided among property classes for Fiscal Year 2027.
