Lake Cochichewick Clean Up Scheduled Saturday in North Andover
North Andover News reports that the Lake Cochichewick clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., with volunteers meeting at the Stevens Pond parking lot.
The article says the lake level is currently low, making this a good time to reach and remove trash that would normally be harder to access. Volunteers will walk the shoreline, and permitted boat owners are encouraged to use boats to collect litter along the lakeshore. Gloves, trash bags, trash-grabber tools and light refreshments will be provided. North Andover News describes the event as a community effort to help keep the town’s water source clean and attractive.
