Haverhill Council To Review Marshland Commons Townhouse Plan
Haverhill’s city council is scheduled Tuesday night to review a plan to demolish the structure at 27 Marshland Street and replace it with three attached, three‑bedroom townhouses. The project is titled Marshland Commons and was filed by Matt Silva on behalf of Sterling Commonwealth Builders.
Deliberation on the proposal was deferred last month. Project drawings indicate each townhouse would be about 1,700. Councilors are also expected to take up proposed rules for e‑bikes.
